Great use for in the classroom to help my kindergartners know where to sit. They don’t come up too easily so that kids pull them. They can be vacuumed over. But come off nicely at the end of the school year.My student desks are always moving. I have been using blue tape for years. It always rips up. These stay put until I want to move them. They are easy to put down and move around if needed. It does not damage the carpet.I purchased these for my classroom, they are fantastic but a bit pricy for teachers buying everything with their own funds.These work great! They stick really well to the carpet but also pull up easily when needed. Can easily stick and re-stick as needed. I leave them on my classroom floor (carpet) and they can be vacuumed over. If you aren't sure, don't hesitate, just buy these!I used them to mark where my chairs go in the band room. They stay put on the floor even with heavy kid traffic and weekly vacuuming. I have had them in place for four months.I teach a class without chairs. We aren't sitting in place long as we must move to play instruments, dance, and complete group work. The colors -- or rather groups of colors -- of these floor spots really facilitate student grouping, equipment collection, and maintaining a seating chart. So easy to use.I ordered these twice. The first time, they were brand new and looked great! They stick to my school’s carpet nicely. When the second order arrived, it looked like half of them had been used, and not gently. Some were wrinkled, a lot had hairs sticking all over them, as well as lots of what looks like either dark dirt or black mold. Maybe it was carpet residue? I don’t know why they were resold in this condition. If it weren’t for the condition of the second batch, I’d give them 5 stars.I wish they worked better . Cant get a good grip and the carpet
