I got this for my daughter as she is pregnant. The material on the blanket is more than soft. It is thick and warm. (Not just for a picture backdrop. Can be used as a blanket!). The colors are very vivid, not faded. The picture is plain and takes a beautiful photo. I love this!!!!!I absolutely love this. I love the memory box and extras. So very cute.They included this beautiful wooden box that is lasered, however due to packaging in a polybag, it was completely busted. The top was broken off with splinters everywhere. The wooden ring they sent with it to put around the month, is too small for the numbers, and the butterfly doesn’t really make much sense to show which word (days/weeks/months) you’re wanting to use nor does it stand out well.The blanket itself is nice. It’s like an afghan but has a smooth surface on one side where they transferred the image. The image portion is very wrinkled from being folded so hopefully it’ll iron out.This is a beautiful gift set. The milestone blanket is really thick and luxurious and I love that we can use it for showing the milestones but also just as a normal blanket. This blanket also comes in a nice wooden keepsake box which is really handy for storing all kinds of little keepsakes, we have put in there our hospital scan, baby hospital bracelet etc. I would highly recommend this as a newborn or even baby shower gift.This was a baby newborn shower gift for my soon to be newborn grandaughter. It is great double sided blanket. Being nice and soft. The marker was unique and the gift box will be very useful. We will enjoy seeing the baby milestones on the double sided knitted blanket as she grows.Bought this a a gift for newborn niece, its a beautiful blanket and I love that she can keep the the keep safe box to put all her memories and treasures in. A great present and a great way to track of milestones
